Essential Duties and Responsibilities Include:
- Address Resident concerns
- Enter in work orders for maintenance
- Greet/assist walk-ins and answer phone
- Process all ARs/IRs Necessary skills for this position include:
- Able to function in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational skills with strong ability to multi-task
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong resident relations skillset
- Ability to follow up on assigned tasks
- Dependable with a strong work ethic
