Duties Lead and supervise daily operations to ensure efficiency and productivity. Develop and implement strategies for customer service excellence. Coordinate and manage door-to-door sales activities. Train, mentor, and evaluate team members to enhance performance to properly pitch a wide array of construction projects that are available in the greater Tampa area.
