This role requires a proactive problem-solver who thrives in a fast paced environment. Responsibilities Manage all aspects of property operations, including maintenance, tenant building outs and capital projects. Ensure timely response to tenant requests and maintenance issues. Collaborate with vendors and contractors to maintain high property standards. Perform regular property inspections and ensure complainance with safety regulations. (This requires regular travel to all properties in portfolio) Prepare and manage budgets, variance reports and capital improvement plans. Foster strong tenant and vendor relationships.
