We are looking for an experienced Leasing Manager who will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the leasing process at our multifamily communities. The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service, a proven track record of leasing success, and strong leadership skills. Job Requirements Manage the leasing process from initial inquiry to lease signing, including conducting tours, responding to inquiries, and following up with prospects. Develop and implement leasing strategies to attract and retain residents, maximize occupancy, and meet leasing goals. Train and supervise leasing consultants to ensure they provide exceptional customer service and effectively communicate the value of our communities to prospective residents. Maintain thorough knowledge of market trends, competitor pricing, and demographics to make informed leasing decisions. Collaborate with marketing and property management teams to develop effective marketing campaigns and promotional activities. Ensure accurate and timely completion of leasing paperwork and lease renewals, and maintain organized leasing records. Resolve resident concerns and issues in a timely and professional manner, and ensure resident satisfaction throughout the leasing process. Qualifications Minimum of 3 years of experience in residential leasing, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role. Strong sales and customer service skills, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding leasing targets. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with prospective and current residents. Knowledge of fair housing regulations and leasing laws. Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite. High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred.
