BC Tampa Properties is seeking a Multi-Site Property Manager to oversee our growing portfolio of residential communities across the Tampa Bay area — from iconic waterfront apartments on Davis Islands to centrally located rentals in Wellswood and South Tampa. As a key player on our team, you’ll balance big-picture strategy with hands-on problem-solving. We’re looking for someone who knows how to lead with both efficiency and heart.
What You’ll Do:
Oversee day-to-day operations across multiple residential sites Lead and support on-site teams (maintenance, leasing, vendors) Manage leasing, renewals, move-ins/outs, and resident relations Track and improve occupancy, retention, and NCF Ensure properties meet high standards of appearance, safety, and compliance Collaborate with ownership on capital improvements and long-term planning
What You Bring:
3+ years in residential property management (multi-site a plus) Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills Proficiency in property management software (Yardi, RentCafe) Ability to drive between properties (mileage reimbursement provided) High accountability and a solutions-first mindset
