Full-Time Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Property Manager to oversee the daily operations of a garden-style apartment community in the Pinellas/Tampa area. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of property management experience, with strong skills in rent collection, maintenance coordination, leasing, and maintaining high occupancy rates. Spanish fluency is required, and familiarity with AppFolio property management software and social media marketing is strongly preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the day-to-day operations of a garden-style residential property Ensure timely collection of rent and enforce lease agreements Manage leasing activities, including showing units, screening applicants, and executing leases Coordinate and follow up on maintenance requests and repairs Maintain high occupancy by retaining current residents and attracting new ones Utilize AppFolio to manage tenant records, payments, and maintenance requests Engage with current and potential residents via social media platforms to promote the property Communicate effectively with tenants, vendors, and team members in both English and Spanish Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal property regulations

Qualifications:

Minimum 2 years of experience as a property manager or in a similar role Strong knowledge of rent collection, leasing procedures, and maintenance coordination Bilingual in English and Spanish (required) Proficient in AppFolio property management software Comfortable using social media for marketing and tenant engagement Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills Detail-oriented and able to handle multiple tasks effectively Must reside in or be willing to commute to the Pinellas/Tampa area
