Summary We are seeking a dedicated Property Manager to oversee our residential properties in Hillsborough and Pasco Counties. This role is crucial for ensuring tenant satisfaction and maintaining the quality of our rental homes, directly contributing to our mission of providing exceptional property management services. Responsibilities Manage day-to-day operations of rental properties, ensuring they are well-maintained and compliant with regulations. Communicate effectively with tenants regarding lease agreements, maintenance requests, and other inquiries. Utilize Yardi software for property management tasks including tracking leases and rent payments. Handle conflict resolution and tenant complaints professionally and efficiently. Conduct regular property inspections to ensure maintenance standards are met. Coordinate with maintenance staff for timely repairs and upkeep of properties. Assist in marketing vacant properties to minimize downtime and maximize occupancy rates. Requirements Proven experience in property management or a related field. Strong knowledge of Yardi software or similar property management systems. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on phone etiquette. Ability to manage conflicts effectively and maintain positive tenant relationships. Strong administrative skills with attention to detail. Familiarity with LIHTC regulations is a plus but not required.
