This role requires a proactive approach to managing property operations, ensuring compliance with regulations, and enhancing the overall tenant experience. Responsibilities Oversee daily operations of assigned properties, ensuring they are maintained to the highest standards. Manage tenant relations by addressing concerns, resolving conflicts, and ensuring tenant satisfaction. Conduct regular property inspections and implement maintenance protocols as needed. Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations. Maintain accurate records through effective data entry and file management systems. Collaborate with leasing teams to drive occupancy rates through effective sales strategies and upselling techniques. Develop and manage budgets for each property while monitoring financial performance. Prepare and review contracts related to property management services. Provide legal administrative support as necessary to ensure compliance with all relevant laws. Qualifications At least 10 years of experience in multi-family property management is required. Strong conflict management skills with the ability to handle difficult situations professionally. Excellent organizational skills with a keen attention to detail for data entry and file management. Strong sales acumen with experience in upselling services or products preferred. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Proficient in relevant software applications for property management and legal documentation.
