Key Responsibilities:
Leadership & Strategy Develop and execute renewal and retention strategies to drive long-term occupancy rates. Lead and mentor a team of renewal specialists, providing training and performance oversight.
Collaborate with onsite teams, leasing consultants, and corporate leadership to align goals. Lease Renewal & Negotiation Oversee timely lease renewal processes, ensuring competitive offers are extended to residents. Conduct renewal negotiations within revenue targets while maintaining positive resident relationships. Identify trends in lease expirations and proactively manage retention risks.
Resident Engagement & Retention:
Implement proactive engagement strategies beyond the traditional renewal window. Address resident concerns and coordinate solutions to improve satisfaction and long-term retention. Analyze resident survey responses and feedback to personalize interactions and improve overall experience.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Property Management, or a related field preferred. 3+ years of experience in property management, leasing, or resident retention, with leadership experience preferred. Strong negotiation, customer service, and problem-solving skills. Ability to analyze data and leverage insights to improve renewal outcomes. Proficiency in property management software, CRM dashboards, and reporting tools. Excellent communication and team leadership abilities.
