The ideal candidate will have strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

Manage property operations including leasing, inspections, maintenance, and tenant relations Maximize revenue, minimize expenses Conduct CMAs for vacancies and renewals Negotiate leases, collect deposits Facilitate move-ins and move-outs Oversee vendors, enforce occupancy policies Prepare notices, reports, and market analyses Maintain strong communication with owners and internal team

Requirements:

Active Real Estate License (Required) Valid Driver’s License & reliable transportation Sales-driven with strong negotiation skills Excellent communication and organization Drug-free with ability to pass a test Must be comfortable with direction and accountability
