Responsibilities Manage day-to-day operations of properties, ensuring they are well-maintained and compliant with regulations. Oversee tenant relations, addressing inquiries and resolving conflicts in a timely manner. Coordinate maintenance requests and repairs using Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS). Maintain accurate records through data entry and file management, ensuring all contracts and legal documents are up-to-date. Implement marketing strategies to attract new tenants while retaining existing ones. Conduct regular property inspections to assess condition and identify areas for improvement. Collaborate with vendors and contractors to ensure quality service delivery. Utilize property management software such as OneSite for efficient operations and reporting. Requirements Proven experience in property management or a related field is preferred. Strong understanding of facilities management principles and practices. Proficient in CMMS software and property management tools like OneSite. Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills to effectively communicate with tenants and vendors. Ability to manage contracts, legal documents, and administrative tasks efficiently. Strong data entry skills with attention to detail for maintaining accurate records. Effective conflict management skills to resolve tenant issues amicably.
