Flynn Management is looking for an experienced, ambitious, self-motivated, professional individual to join our team as a Community Site Manager for the 60 unit conventional 55+ community Windemere Villas, in Leesburg FL. The responsibilities include the maintenance and profitability of the apartment community. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS/TASKS
Supervisor maintenance staff Screen incoming leasing inquiries and calls. Provide information about the community and apartments to prospective residents Review, approve and submit invoices Schedule visits to the apartment community and show available space to prospects Prepare and submit all reports when due Review and submit all new lease applications Troubleshoot issues with the building and its residents Create and maintain strong relationships with residents, vendors and location community Prepare and maintain records for new and renewal leases and to make sure we are in compliance with processes, relevant regulations and company procedure manual Monitor and maintain community web presence and postings including current postings on Craigslist and other advertising sites. Monitor community reputation on Apartmentratings.com, Google etc. Coordinate responses to posts with management. Maintain an accurate and in-depth knowledge of all aspects of the property; and Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
High school diploma/GED required (college degree is preferred) Minimum of 3 to 5 years of related residential or commercial property management experience Supervisor experience required In-depth knowledge of computers and software such as Real Page, Word and Outlook required Detail orientated with strong organizational, communication and leadership skills Analytical skills, ability to prioritize and work with an enthusiastic and positive attitude Ability to exercise discretion when dealing with confidential information Must have good driving record Based on experience we offer a competitive compensation, bonus and benefits package that includes: Comprehensive Medical, Dental, and Vision Plans Paid Time off 401(k) and company match
