Director IMPACT for Developmental Education, INC 701 Mohawk Parkway, Cape Coral, FL 33914 Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Director to lead our organization in providing exceptional services to individuals with developmental disabilities. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in social work and program management, demonstrating a commitment to enhancing the quality of life for our clients. This role requires effective leadership, strategic planning, and the ability to foster relationships with various stakeholders while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. Duties Oversee the development, implementation, and evaluation of programs aimed at supporting individuals with developmental disabilities. Manage daily operations, ensuring that all services are delivered efficiently and effectively. Supervise staff, providing guidance and support to enhance their professional growth and performance. Develop and manage budgets for various programs, ensuring financial sustainability and compliance with funding requirements. Cultivate relationships with community partners, stakeholders, and families to promote collaboration and resource sharing. Ensure adherence to regulatory standards and best practices within the behavioral health field. Lead initiatives for program development that align with the organization’s mission and goals. Conduct regular assessments of program effectiveness and implement improvements as necessary. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred. Proven experience working with individuals who have developmental disabilities. Strong program management skills with a track record of successful project implementation. Exceptional supervisory skills with the ability to motivate and develop staff. Proficient in budgeting and financial management within a nonprofit or similar environment. Excellent relationship management skills, capable of engaging diverse stakeholders effectively. Knowledge of behavioral health practices and administrative processes relevant to service delivery. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with an emphasis on clarity and professionalism.
