Full Job Description Job Description:

We are seeking a reliable and skilled Property Handyman to support ongoing maintenance and repair needs across our commercial and residential properties. The ideal candidate will be comfortable with a variety of tasks, capable of working independently, and committed to delivering quality workmanship.

Responsibilities:

Perform minor electrical work (e.g., replacing outlets, light fixtures) Conduct basic plumbing repairs, including: Replacing fixtures Servicing or replacing garbage disposals Adjusting shut-off valves Troubleshooting hot water tanks Install and repair door handles and locks Replace ceiling tiles and make basic drywall repairs Complete various other general maintenance tasks as needed

Requirements:

Basic knowledge of electrical and plumbing systems Experience with hand tools and power tools Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Ability to work independently and manage time effectively Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
