Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement personalized services and care plans for residents in the memory care program Support new residents through orientation and adjustment to the community Partner with families to ensure high-quality care and engagement Observe and report resident changes in behavior or health Coordinate with dining services to promote nutrition and resident choice Plan and lead meaningful activities and programs tailored to cognitive needs Provide leadership, coaching, and performance management for team members Ensure team members meet training and certification requirements Support staffing, scheduling, and employee engagement Manage compliance with state regulations and internal standards Maintain accurate documentation and assist with budget management

Qualifications:

Degree in social work, occupational therapy, recreational therapy, or a related field preferred Dementia training and First Aid/CPR certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days of hire) Ability to obtain a commercial driver’s license (CDL) if required 3-5 years of experience in senior living, dementia care, or related field Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills Hands-on caregiving experience preferred

Physical Requirements:

This role involves frequent standing, walking, lifting (up to 75 lbs), and assisting with resident care. Regular bending, reaching, and physical movement are required. Reasonable accommodations may be made for individuals with disabilities. We are an Equal Opportunity Employer
