What we are looking for:

We are seeking a full-time or part-time , dynamic, and enthusiastic Activities Associate to join our team. The Activities Associate will collaborate closely with the Community Manager to plan, organize, and execute community events and activities. This role requires a blend of creativity, organizational skills, and a passion for creating exceptional resident experiences.

Responsibilities will include:

Partner with the Community Manager to plan, organize, manage and host events for the community. Establish and maintain relationships with guests and vendors to ensure high-quality event experiences. Work within allocated budgets and time constraints to achieve event goals. Cover office duties as needed, including guest relations, answering inquiries via phone, email or walk-in, making reservations, and checking guests in and out. Assisting with growing and maintaining community occupancy, sales, and site reservations. Assist in enforcing community rules, maintaining safety protocols, and responding to emergencies as needed. Ensure the property is safe, neat, and welcoming at all times. Collaborate with the Community Manager on other special projects and initiatives as required. Perform other tasks as assigned by management to support community operations.

Requirements and expectations:

Proven track record of creatively planning and executing successful events preferred Background in hospitality, public relations, or a related field preferred Experience in managing budgets and tracking expenses effectively preferred Proficiency in basic Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, Outlook) Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills Ability to provide excellent customer service and foster positive relationships
