Responsibilities and Duties:

• Coordinate and conduct leasing activities, including lockbox showings and lease finalizations.
• Ensure low delinquency rates and facilitate smooth move-in/move-out processes.
• Address property violations and oversee maintenance work orders efficiently.
• Provide prompt, precise, and courteous assistance via telephone, email, and web inquiries.
• Conduct property inspections and handle resident relations with a proactive approach.
• Uphold streamlined processes within the property management system, Buildium.
• Perform additional essential tasks as required.

Skills and Abilities:

• Proven ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with a focus on problem-solving.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Collaborative mindset for effective teamwork.

Job Requirements:

• Possession of a valid driver’s license (preferably with a clean record).
• Previous successful experience in any property management capacity.
• Proficiency in computer skills, with prior experience in Buildium considered a plus.

This position offers an hourly/salary plus commission structure with bonuses. Benefits include a flexible schedule, paid time off, and professional development assistance. The job requires a full-time commitment, with occasional weekend availability.
