Job Summary As a Property Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations and management of residential apartment homes. You will ensure the property is well-maintained, tenants’ needs are met, and financial goals are achieved. Duties

• Manage tenant relations, including handling inquiries, complaints, and emergencies
• Coordinate maintenance and repairs to ensure property is well-maintained
• Conduct property inspections and enforce lease agreements
• Oversee rent collection and financial operations
• Maintain accurate property records and files
• Negotiate contracts with vendors and service providers
• Handle lease renewals and new tenant onboarding Requirements
• Strong customer service skills
• Knowledge of facilities management and property law
• Proficient in phone etiquette and data entry
• Experience in property management or related field is a plus
• Ability to handle conflicts and manage customer relationships efficiently
