We are currently seeking a dynamic, results oriented professional with a proven track record of successfully developing new residential roofing business.

JOB PURPOSE

The purpose of this position is to generate new business by developing relationships with homeowners as well as cultivating our existing relationships and new company generated leads. The account manager must be able to prepare accurate on-site estimates to include all necessary labor, material and equipment required to complete the projects, draft a professional proposal, present it to the customer and close the sale.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and maintain client relationships.
• Meet with prospective residential clients.
• Accurately survey existing residential roofs for replacement.
• Review bid documents/specifications to determine client needs.
• Conduct site visits for prospective residential opportunities and perform a thorough analysis of existing roofing conditions.
• Prepare accurate labor & material cost estimates.
• Participate and represent Latite at designated industry specific networking groups both during work hours and periodically after hours.
• Regularly update the CRM with new prospects and sales activity
• Conduct handoff meetings with production department.
• Follow-up with clients during all phases of jobs sold.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

• Between 2 – 3 years of roofing or in-home sales and estimating experience preferred.
• Working knowledge of roofing systems (shingle, tile, metal and flat) is a plus.
• Ability to initiate and develop relationships with key decision makers.
• Strong active listening skills.
• Excellent verbal / written communication skills.
• Superior time management and organization.
• Experience with a Customer Relations Management System. Job Requirements
