Job Summary We are seeking a compassionate, organized, and responsible Sober Living House Manager to oversee the daily operations of our sober living home. The ideal candidate will provide leadership, support, and accountability to residents while maintaining a safe and respectful environment that promotes recovery and personal growth. Key Responsibilities Manage day-to-day operations of the sober living house, including resident intake, orientation, and compliance with house rules. Provide mentorship and support to residents, encouraging accountability and positive lifestyle choices. Monitor resident progress and enforce house policies consistently and fairly. Coordinate house meetings, group activities, and recovery support resources. Maintain accurate records related to resident attendance, behavior, and incidents. Ensure the house is clean, safe, and well-maintained. Serve as a liaison between residents, family members, and external support services. Respond to emergencies and resolve conflicts in a calm and professional manner. Collaborate with counselors, case managers, and other professionals to support residents’ recovery plans. Qualifications Experience in addiction recovery, social work, counseling, or related fields preferred. Previous experience managing or working in a sober living environment is highly desirable. Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle sensitive situations with empathy, discretion, and professionalism. Basic knowledge of addiction recovery principles and 12-step programs. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred. CPR/First Aid certification is a plus.
