Vacation Rental Property Inspector 3.4 3.4 out of 5 stars 1404 Del Prado Boulevard South, Cape Coral, FL 33990 We are actively seeking a motivated and reliable team player to join our Vacation Rental company as a Property Care Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining high property standards for both our guests and owners. The position requires working weekends on Fort Myers Beach and three days a week in Cape Coral.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive inspections of vacation rental properties before and after guest stays. Check for any damages , wear and tear, or maintenance issues and document findings. Verify that all amenities and appliances are in working order. Communicate any maintenance or repair requirements to relevant parties. Ensure that the property is well-prepared for incoming guests, including cleanliness and functionality. Keep track of inventory such as furnishings, linens and kitchen supplies and report any missing or damaged items. Run daily reports Communicate with the Owner Relations Manager.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent. Education or training in property management, vacation rentals, hotels, hospitality, or a related field is an advantage. Previous experience in property inspection, property management, or a similar role is preferred. Strong attention to detail and the ability to identify maintenance issues. Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. As a Vacation Rental Property Inspector, your role will entail traveling to designated properties, and transportation will be necessary for this position.
