Our client, Up Campus Student Living is seeking a Property Manager to take the lead at Nova Tallahassee , our flagship community near Florida State University. What You’ll Do:

Lead all on-site operations, including leasing performance, resident satisfaction, and brand reputation Hire, train, and develop a high-performing team of leasing and operations staff Oversee leasing strategy, set and monitor occupancy goals, and close leases through proactive engagement Train staff on UpCampus leasing best practices, including follow-ups, fair housing compliance, and tour standards Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly strategy sessions to drive results and support marketing events Monitor the local market through regular competitor surveys and performance benchmarking Maintain accurate records in Entrata and ensure clean dashboards for leasing activity Collaborate with corporate and leasing teams to support marketing initiatives and campaign execution Develop and manage the annual marketing and operating budget Represent the property positively in the campus and local community to build strong relationships and brand awareness Deliver weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports with leasing, marketing, and operations insights to corporate leadership Oversee day-to-day work of leasing professionals, assistants, and support staff Conduct performance reviews, provide coaching and support, and resolve employee concerns Foster a collaborative, energetic office culture where the team is motivated and empowered to hit goals

What You Bring:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in student housing or residential property management At least 3 years of experience with new development lease-ups or 1 year managing a 600+ bed student housing property Experience with Entrata or similar property management systems Strong relationships in the student housing market, including ties to student orgs and local partners Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Windows, and Apple systems Excellent communication, team leadership, and interpersonal skills
