The firm is invested in further growing its exposure in various industries such as commodities (i.e. coffee) through online platforms while continuing to maximize its existing investment opportunities.
Job Description:
The Miami office is seeking an immediate hire for its Coral Gables area office. The Miami office assistant should expect to work in an environment focused on providing excellent service. The position requires a mature and professional individual with strong analytical, interpersonal and communications skills. We are looking for a self-motivated individual with high work-ethic standards, familiar with real estate management, and interested in being exposed to different opportunities while handling various tasks.
Functions Include:
- Perform assistant and clerical duties while supporting in improving existing systems
- Manage the maintenance and cleaning staff ensuring quality service and work product
- Actively perform necessary due diligence throughout working process
- Complete duties in a fast-paced and deadline driven work environment
- Maintain residential and commercial properties fully leased and in top operating condition while marketing existing properties
- Multi-weekly inspections of existing properties to maintain the highest level of service
- Flexible for maintenance emergencies or time-sensitive matters that may arise
- Manage insurance, leases, renewals, licensing and compliance for properties
Primary Qualifications:
- Strong academic achievement (provide
GPA, SAT/ACT
Scores, and/or relevant coursework)
- Highly Proficient in Microsoft Office (i.e. Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- High attention to detail and organized
- Must have the ability to multi-task in a deadline-driven work environment
- Skilled in marketing and in implementation of marketing methods
- Self-motivated, strong work ethic and ability to work independently
- Ability to conduct high quality business analysis as well as basic accounting skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication as well as interpersonal skills
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
- Minimum of 3 years’ work experience in real estate management
