Asset Management Specialist Position Available In Miami-Dade, Florida

Role Description This is a full-time on-site role located in Miami, FL, for an Asset Management Specialist at Infinite Equity Capital. The Asset Management Specialist will be responsible for analyzing investments, managing assets, and handling financial matters on a day-to-day basis.

Responsibilities:

Oversee a portfolio of NNN and value-add commercial properties , including retail shopping centers and industrial assets. Develop and execute strategic plans to maximize NOI , occupancy, and long-term asset value. Manage leasing activity, tenant relations, and CAM reconciliation processes in coordination with third-party property managers and leasing brokers. Analyze financial performance monthly and report on variances, risks, and opportunities. Review and approve budgets, capital expenditures, and property-level business plans. Conduct site visits, market analysis, and asset performance reviews. Support acquisition and disposition efforts with due diligence, underwriting, and transition planning. ?

Qualifications:

3-7 years of experience in commercial real estate asset management, with strong exposure to NNN lease structures and retail assets. Experience in Investments and Asset Management Proven ability to manage multiple assets across different markets. Strong financial modeling, budgeting, and analytical skills. Experience collaborating with leasing agents, attorneys, and property management teams. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Self-starter mindset with attention to detail and accountability. Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field ????
