This role is essential in ensuring the smooth management of residential or commercial properties, providing exceptional service to tenants, and assisting in maintaining the property’s overall value. The ideal candidate will possess strong administrative skills, a solid understanding of real estate processes, and the ability to manage conflicts effectively. Duties Assist in managing day-to-day operations of the property, including tenant relations and maintenance requests. Handle legal administrative tasks such as preparing contracts and ensuring compliance with local laws. Maintain accurate files and records related to tenant agreements, leases, and property documentation. Provide excellent phone etiquette when communicating with tenants, vendors, and prospective clients. Support sales efforts by upselling available units or services to potential tenants. Address tenant concerns and conflicts with effective conflict management strategies. Collaborate with the property manager to implement marketing strategies for tenant acquisition. Conduct regular inspections of the property to ensure maintenance standards are met. Requirements Proven experience in administrative roles, preferably within real estate or property management. Strong knowledge of legal administrative procedures related to property management. Excellent conflict management skills with the ability to resolve issues amicably. Proficient in phone etiquette and customer service best practices. Familiarity with sales techniques and upselling strategies is a plus. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail for maintaining accurate records. Knowledge of real estate administrative processes is preferred.
