FULL JOB DESCRIPTION

As Assistant Manager you will perform office work directly related to property management and the general business operations of the company. The Assistant Manger provides exemplary service in a manner consistent with the values and mission of the Company. This associate shall demonstrate outstanding customer service skills representative of Onboard.

POSITION SUMMARY

The right person for this position assists in the management of company properties and Management of properties in accordance with company policies, standards and procedures. This individual will develop knowledge and skill in the areas of property management, administrative duties and physical facilities management and owner / tenant relations.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES

Coordinates collection and preparation of operating reports and records. Ensures that the telephone is answered properly, and messages are handled courteously, accurately and in a timely manner. Assists in review of leases, if applicable, as well as processing of new owner approval and interview packages. Initiates preparation of Management Reports, committee reports, meeting notices as applicable and submit for Manager’s review and approval. Maintains, updates and coordinates resident information in computer database and provides information to the Property Manager, Board of Directors etc. Answers telephones promptly and assists residents with questions and concerns. Maintains records books for both vendors and unit owners. Inputs/Processes/Closes work orders as required for landscape, maintenance, housekeeping, Laundry, etc. Office duties prepares accounts payable, receivables, invoices and work orders. Maintain all office files and create files for maintenance, resale and leases. Coordinates all necessary information and documentation for new owners/tenants. Sets up meetings for Board Approval process. Performs property inspections as directed by Community Association Manager. Follows safety procedures and maintains a safe work environment. Additional

Property management a plus Working Knowledge of Microsoft Office Understand basic math and Bookkeeping Ability to prioritize work with minimum supervision Must possess strong admin background One to three plus years of related work experience Standing, sitting and walking Bilingual candidates with Spanish language proficiency are highly encouraged to apply.
