Dual-Site Community Manager Location:
Miami Beach, FL (Dual Site, 250 Units) Make a difference in affordable housing! We’re seeking an experienced Dual-Site Community Manager to lead operations at our HUD and Tax Credit (LIHTC) housing communities. If you’re passionate about compliance, resident satisfaction, and team leadership — we want you on our team. What You’ll Do Oversee day-to-day operations of affordable housing communities Ensure
HUD & LIHTC
compliance, including certifications and inspections Manage leasing, rent collections, budgets, and maintenance coordination Lead and support on-site staff Build strong tenant relations and foster a positive community What You Bring 5-10 years in property management, specifically HUD or LIHTC Strong knowledge of HUD/Tax Credit programs & compliance Experience with budgets, reports, and staff supervision A COS, HCCP, TCS, AHM, CMH, or CMHC certification (required) Excellent communication and customer service skills
Bonus :
Bilingual (Spanish/English) and experience with compliance software (EIV, TRACS, etc.)
