Description Max Tallent Management is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Estate Assistant Property Manager for an Ultra High Net Worth (UHNW) client in South Florida. This position is ideal for a candidate who thrives in a hands-on role, has basic handyman skills, is comfortable working around pets, and is looking to support the day-to-day operations of a large, well-run private estate.

Role Overview:

As the Estate Assistant Property Manager, you will work closely with the Estate Property Manager to ensure the residence and surrounding grounds are meticulously maintained and operating smoothly. Your role will combine light maintenance, vendor coordination, and general property oversight, with the expectation of maintaining privacy, discretion, and a high standard of service.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist with the daily operations and maintenance of the estate, both interior and exterior Perform minor handyman tasks (basic repairs, light painting, troubleshooting home systems) Oversee vendors and service providers when on-site (landscapers, pool techs, HVAC, pest control, etc.) Conduct regular property walkthroughs and report any issues to the Estate Property Manager and Max Tallent Management Ensure home systems and equipment are running efficiently (A/C, lighting, irrigation, etc.) Assist with event setup, seasonal projects, and guest preparation when needed Maintain a clean, safe, and pet-friendly environment (dogs and cats are part of the household)

Qualifications:

Must currently live in South Florida

• local applicants only Previous experience supporting a high-end private residence or estate preferred Strong handyman abilities (not licensed but confident in basic repairs and troubleshooting) Must be pet-friendly and comfortable interacting with household animals Tech-literate and able to assist with smart home or security systems a plus Punctual, respectful, and able to work independently or as part of a team Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
