Description Max Tallent Management is currently seeking an experienced and hands-on Estate Property Manager for an Ultra High Net Worth (UHNW) client to oversee the daily operations and maintenance of a private residence in South Florida. The ideal candidate is already based locally, has experience managing luxury homes, possesses practical handyman skills, and is comfortable in a pet-friendly environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee day-to-day operations of the estate, ensuring the property is maintained to the highest standards Perform light handyman duties (basic repairs, troubleshooting issues, overseeing mechanical systems) Manage household staff and service vendors (landscapers, housekeepers, pool, HVAC, etc.) Coordinate and supervise maintenance, repairs, and ongoing service contracts Monitor home systems and equipment; develop a preventative maintenance schedule Maintain household inventories and ensure property is always guest-ready Ensure home security systems are functional and monitored Provide occasional support for private events and guests on-site Communicate regularly with Max Tallent Management with status updates and needs

Requirements:

Must reside in South Florida

• local candidates only (no relocation offered) Minimum 3 years of experience managing luxury or UHNW private properties Hands-on, practical handyman skills required Highly organized, detail-oriented, and discreet Comfortable working around pets (dogs and cats present on property) Professional communication skills and ability to interact with principals, vendors, and staff respectfully Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation Tech-savvy and capable of managing smart home systems and basic reporting tools
