About Posh Life Pilates Posh Life Pilates is a modern luxury boutique studio opening soon in Miami. We are building a space rooted in elegance, movement, and community—where every client feels empowered, strong, and supported. As we approach the grand opening of our flagship location, we are hiring a hands-on, high-energy General Manager to help us bring the brand to life—side by side with the founder. About the Role This is a contractor-based leadership role designed for a self-starter who thrives in fast-paced, early-stage environments. The engagement begins as a paid part-time contractor position (~15-25 hours/week) during the studio’s pre-launch phase and will scale up to 35-40 hours/week as we get closer to opening day and enter full operations. This is not a W-2 employee role, and benefits are not included—but the opportunity for long-term, high-impact leadership is real. You’ll wear many hats—helping with everything from studio build-out and vendor coordination to sales, marketing, and hiring. You’ll serve as the founder’s right hand, shaping day-to-day decisions and building the internal systems that set Posh Life Pilates up for long-term success. Key Responsibilities Pre-Launch Phase (Month 1-2) Assist with vendor/contractor coordination and studio build-out tasks Support equipment setup, supply ordering, and interior readiness Implement studio management systems (CRM, scheduling, POS, payroll, etc.) Manage pre-sale membership campaigns and track conversions Build out social media content calendars and support digital marketing Collaborate on hiring and onboarding for instructors and front desk staff Studio Launch + Ongoing (Month 2+) Oversee daily operations: check-ins, cleanliness, customer service standards

Track KPIs:

membership growth, retention, sales performance Foster team culture through coaching, scheduling, and accountability Plan and execute community events, launch activations, and brand partnerships Serve as primary liaison between staff and founder, ensuring smooth execution and a high-end client experience What We Are Looking For 3+ years of experience in studio management, hospitality, sales, or fitness operations Proven ability to lead and execute in early-stage environments—you know how to build systems, not just run them Ideally, you’ve played a key role in opening a fitness studio or boutique gym from the ground up, and understand the unique challenges and energy required to launch successfully Passionate about health, wellness, and building people-first brands Highly organized and solution-oriented—you thrive in chaos and bring order to it Equally comfortable writing marketing copy, hopping on a sales call, or assembling furniture if needed Excited to grow with a founder-led business and take ownership of results This Is For You If… You’re energized by the idea of building something meaningful from the ground up You enjoy wearing multiple hats and thrive in fast-paced environments You love balancing strategy and execution—thinking big while handling details You’re ready to grow with a startup and want your fingerprints on everything What We Offer Flexible hours and creative freedom Complimentary Posh Life Pilates membership once studio opens Entrepreneurial mentorship and growth potential as the studio scales Opportunity to work in a high-impact leadership role without long-term constraints or corporate red tape How to Apply Please submit your resume and an optional 1-minute video (send video to ) telling us: Why this role and phase of the business excites you A quick example of when you built or launched something hands-on Confirmation you’re available to begin a paid contractor engagement immediately
