Job TitleGeneral Manager (CRE)Job Description SummaryResponsiblefor managing the Property Management staff, overseeing asignificant portfolio of properties, and serving as the primarycontact for third-party relationships.

Job Responsibilities Direct, coordinate, and oversee the property managementoperations. Develop and implement policies and strategies for propertymanagement. Lead and support the Property Management team, fostering careerdevelopment. Monitor budget variances and manage recovery processes. Oversee billing, payments, and disbursements. Manage cash flow and ensure efficient financialoperations. Prepare reports, budgets, and other documentation forowners. Ensure timely collection of management fees andreimbursements. Maintain compliance with contracts and reporting requirementswith third-party owners. Resolve tenant issues to ensure satisfaction. Conduct regular property inspections. Oversee construction projects, including contract approval andinvoice processing. Ensure compliance with policies, codes, and regulations.
