Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to manage the day-to-day operations and marketing efforts of our independent apartment building. This position is responsible for overseeing the leasing office, maintaining occupancy rates, and actively recruiting new residents through local outreach and partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

Market and promote available units through local outreach, social media, and community events. Build relationships with nearby businesses, employers, and organizations to generate leads. Conduct property tours, screen potential tenants, and manage the leasing process. Maintain resident records and manage office operations, including handling inquiries and coordinating maintenance requests. Monitor occupancy levels and implement strategies to meet leasing goals.

Qualifications:

Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Minimum of 2 years of marketing experience is required. Experience in leasing or property management is a plus. Self-starter with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Bilingual (English/Spanish).
