About You:

Basic understanding of property management. Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with tenants, vendors, and colleagues. Ability to prioritize tasks and manage deadlines. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities:

Screen applicants Post vacant units online Conduct move-in/move-out inspections and manage lease agreements. Conduct credit checks, background checks, and reference calls Respond to tenant inquiries and maintenance requests in a timely and professional manner. Managing tenant payment platform, Innago, and communicating with late payers Coordinate with vendors and oversee property maintenance. Maintain accurate property records and reports. Flexible part-time schedule (a few hours a week) Pay is $30/hour + a bonus for each new month-to-month tenant successfully placed. Ready to join our team?
