Responsibilities:

This is what you’ll do: Directs and oversees the day to day operations of community staff Ensures the accuracy and timely preparation of all required reports Manages highly skilled on-site team in recruiting, training, counseling, and evaluation Ensures excellent customer service to all residents and prospects Achieves high resident retention and leasing expectations
