Real Estate / Private Equity / Luxury Property Management A private equity-backed real estate group is hiring an experienced Property Manager to lead the operations of a high-end portfolio across Miami. This is a leadership role for a polished, results-driven operator who can balance on-the-ground precision with financial oversight and tenant care. The successful candidate will be entrusted with overseeing luxury residential and commercial properties, maintaining asset value, and delivering a tenant experience that reflects five-star hospitality standards.

Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day operations across a portfolio of luxury residential and commercial properties Oversee maintenance, service requests, inspections, and vendor performance Lead budgeting, financial reporting, rent collections, and cost control Act as the key liaison with tenants—resolving issues, driving renewals, and managing expectations Ensure full compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and lease obligations Supervise on-site teams including maintenance staff, vendors, and third-party contractors Optimize building performance, preventive maintenance, and asset longevity Support leasing, marketing, and occupancy initiatives in collaboration with ownership

Requirements:

5+ years of experience in property management, preferably in luxury or private real estate environments Strong financial acumen and comfort handling budgets, reports, and vendor negotiations Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills Proficiency in property management software (Yardi, AppFolio, or similar) Experience managing both residential and commercial properties is highly preferred Bachelor’s degree in business, real estate, or related field; CPM/RPA certifications a plus Local knowledge of Miami’s luxury real estate market is advantageous
