Property Manager HR Exchange LLC Miami, FL 33112 Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Property Manager to oversee the daily operations of our residential and commercial properties. The ideal candidate will possess strong customer service skills, a thorough understanding of Fair Housing regulations, and the ability to effectively negotiate lease agreements. This role requires a proactive approach to property management, ensuring tenant satisfaction while maintaining compliance with all legal requirements. Duties Manage tenant relations by addressing inquiries, concerns, and maintenance requests promptly and professionally. Oversee property leasing activities, including marketing available units, conducting property showings, and processing applications. Ensure compliance with Fair Housing regulations and Section 8 guidelines in all leasing practices. Negotiate lease agreements and renewals while maximizing occupancy rates through effective upselling strategies. Maintain accurate records through data entry and administrative tasks related to tenant information and property management systems. Utilize Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) for tracking maintenance requests and ensuring timely resolution of issues. Conduct regular property inspections to ensure compliance with safety standards and maintenance requirements. Collaborate with vendors and contractors for property repairs and improvements as needed. Experience Proven experience in property management or a related field is preferred. Strong customer service skills with the ability to build positive relationships with tenants and vendors. Familiarity with Section 8 housing programs and Fair Housing regulations is highly desirable. Excellent negotiation skills to secure favorable lease terms for both the property owner and tenants. Proficient in data entry, administrative tasks, and legal administrative processes related to property management. Experience using CMMS or similar software for managing maintenance requests is a plus.
