Position Summary:
We are seeking a Senior Property Manager to oversee a portfolio of luxury office assets. This role will be responsible for maximizing asset value, driving financial performance, and ensuring high-end property operations. Reporting directly to the Chief Operating Officer, the ideal candidate will have a strong background in luxury real estate, financial management, and strategic operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Portfolio & Property Management Oversee the day-to-day operations and financial performance of luxury office assets. Develop and implement strategic management plans to enhance property value. Monitor market trends to identify opportunities for asset improvements, acquisitions, or dispositions. Financial Performance & Investment Oversight Prepare and analyze financial reports, cash flow projections, and operating budgets. Conduct financial modeling and valuations to assess investment performance. Implement strategies to maximize NOI (Net Operating Income) and increase overall asset profitability. Tenant & Lease Management Oversee leasing activities, including negotiating lease terms and managing tenant relationships. Work closely with property managers to maintain high occupancy rates and resolve tenant concerns. Develop and execute leasing strategies to attract and retain high-quality tenants. Operations & Capital Projects Ensure properties are maintained to luxury standards, upholding the firm’s reputation. Oversee capital improvement projects, including budgeting, execution, and project management. Implement cost-control measures to improve operational efficiency. Risk Management & Compliance Identify and mitigate risks related to asset management, market conditions, and operations. Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal real estate regulations. Develop and implement risk management protocols to protect asset value. Stakeholder & Investor Relations Communicate regularly with investors, lenders, and executive leadership on asset performance. Prepare detailed management reports and presentations for stakeholders. Cultivate strong relationships with brokers, vendors, and industry professional s . Team Leadership & Collaboration Lead and mentor property management teams, fostering a high-performance culture. Work cross-functionally with finance, acquisitions, and legal departments to align business strategies.
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA preferred). 5+ years of experience in luxury commercial property management or asset management. Yardi experience is required Proven ability to enhance property value, manage high-profile real estate assets, and drive financial growth. Strong financial acumen, including budgeting, forecasting, and investment analysis. Excellent communication and negotiation skills for tenant and stakeholder relations. Expertise in real estate software and asset management tools.
