The ideal candidate is a proactive and experienced property manager who can thrive in a fast-paced, hands-on environment, juggle multiple stakeholders, and maintain top-tier operational and financial performance. Responsibilities and Duties Oversee daily operations across residential, retail, and HOA segments of Class A property Manage budgeting, accruals, P&Ls, variance reporting, and purchase orders Provide exceptional communication and service to residents, retail tenants, and HOA members Take a hands-on approach to resident satisfaction, maintenance, and operations Qualifications and Skills 2+ years of experience managing Class A properties Strong financial acumen (able to audit accountant’s work, handle accruals, and manage P&Ls) Excellent communication and multitasking skills Comfortable in a high-volume, fast-paced environment—especially during summer turn season Ability to manage diverse stakeholders across retail, HOA, and residential components Perks Competitive salary ($85-100K base) 20% annual bonus potential (split quarterly) Monthly renewal commission 40% rent discount at the property Full benefits package (health, dental, vision, PTO, 401k, etc.)
