This is a 180 unit condominium in the North Beach area.

We are looking for an experienced Property Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of the property, including tenant relations, maintenance, repairs, and financial planning. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in real estate and property management, excellent communication and customer service skills, and the ability to handle multiple tasks at once. Responsibilities:

Manage the day-to-day operations of the property. Ensure that all safety regulations are met. Maintain accurate records of all property transactions. Handle tenant inquiries and complaints in a timely manner. Ensure that all maintenance and repair requests are completed in a timely manner. Negotiate leases and rental agreements with tenants. Enforce rules and regulations set by the landlord or property owner.
