On-the-job training Flexible working hours Safe work environment Job Summary As a Security Supervisor, you will lead our team of dedicated security officers, ensuring the effective implementation of security protocols to maintain a safe and secure environment for our clients. You will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing personnel, and serving as the primary point of contact for your team. Your leadership and experience will be crucial in upholding our company’s high standards, responding to incidents, and ensuring the safety of all personnel and property. Supervisor Responsibilities Lead, mentor, and manage a team of security guards, including preparing schedules and conducting performance evaluations. Routinely review guards’ daily logs, incident reports, and property tours within our security platform app to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and completeness. Conduct regular patrols and on-site inspections to ensure officers are performing their duties effectively and all security measures are in place. Review all emergency procedures with the team and provide recommendations for improvement. Assist company management in developing and updating Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and training materials to keep the security team prepared and informed. Act as the lead responder to major incidents and emergencies, ensuring proper protocols are followed and situations are managed effectively. Train new security officers on site-specific duties, company policies, and best practices. Oversee the access control of employees, visitors, and vehicles according to established protocols. Provide detailed reports on team performance, security operations, and significant incidents to management. Serve as a professional and effective liaison with clients and local law enforcement. Qualifications Proven experience in security, with at least 2-3 years in a supervisory or leadership role . Proficiency with security software platforms for reporting, monitoring, and digital logs. Excellent leadership, communication, and conflict management skills. In-depth knowledge of security operations, surveillance techniques, and loss prevention strategies. Familiarity with CCTV systems and monitoring. A background in law enforcement or military service is a plus. Strong observational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
