Residential Lending Manager Terrabank, N.A. 3191 Coral Way, Miami, FL 33145 The Residential Lending Manager carries a high level of responsibility, which includes the managing of activities pertaining to the Bank’s Residential Lending Department in relation to the Processing and Closing segments. These include but are not limited to the supervision of loan processors and loan closers, along with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail, while meeting goals in a fast-paced environment. Minimum of 5 years of residential lending experience and a minimum of 3 years of related management experience. Experience working the complete mortgage loan cycle from the application and loan disclosures to the loan approval and closing process. Excellent knowledge of Consumer Compliance regulations. Detail oriented along with good analytical, organizational and problem-solving skills. Ability to multi-task. Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills. Must be sufficiently tech savvy to navigate various bank applications and software programs. Proficient in Microsoft (Word, Excel). Experience working with Calyx Point Central required.
