About Us:

We’re a dynamic property management team looking for a skilled and experienced Property Manager Assistant to join us. This is an office-based position that requires someone who can jump in and handle administrative tasks with minimal supervision. Job Overview:

As a Property Manager Assistant, you will work closely with the Property Manager to handle daily operations and administrative tasks. We need a reliable, self-starter who can take ownership of responsibilities right away. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver with a strong background in property management and administrative duties.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist with day-to-day property management operations, including coordinating maintenance and vendor services. Communicate effectively and professionally with tenants, property owners, and vendors. Manage repair requests and ensure tasks are completed in a timely manner. Obtain and compare quotes from vendors for services and projects. Maintain accurate records and documentation for all properties. Provide excellent customer service by addressing tenant inquiries and concerns promptly. Support leasing efforts, including scheduling property showings and processing applications. Promote available properties through online listings, social media, and other channels. Perform administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and managing records. Use property management software to streamline operations and track property details. Collaborate with the team to improve office efficiency. Ensure confidentiality and follow company policies at all times.

Key Requirements:

Proven experience in property management (1+ year required). Strong bookkeeping experience (1+ year required). Proficiency in property management software (e.g., Buildium, Yardi, AppFolio). Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail. Strong communication skills with a customer service focus. Solid computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Bilingual proficiency in Spanish (required). Must be reliable and responsive to leads in a timely manner. Must have the ability to commute to Orlando, FL.
