The right candidate will be comfortable working with students, showing apartments, working in a variety of software’s, completing legal paperwork, preforming phone & email follow ups, assisting with local, online and social media marketing efforts, and generally assisting the property management team with a variety of operational tasks.

positive & motivated attitude, professional demeanor and appearance, excellent phone skills, outgoing personality, strong computer skills, excellent work ethic, sales experience or natural ability, and the desire to be part of a team.
