We manage primarily single family homes and individually owned condos. We are a growing and ever expanding company.

Modern office setting Growth opportunities We are looking for an experienced Property Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our properties, including maintenance, tenant relations. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of real estate management and experience in managing multiple single family properties. We are looking for a reliable and organized individual who is able to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Responsibilities:

Manage the day-to-day operations of our property portfolio. Ensure that all legal and regulatory requirements are met. Implement the policies and procedures for our properties. Ensure that all maintenance and repair needs are addressed in a timely manner. Monitor tenant occupancy and ensure that all rental agreements are in compliance with applicable laws. Handle tenant complaints and disputes in a professional manner. May be required to visit or inspect properties- however most work done from the office Must have Florida real estate license.
