The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a working knowledge of community Association management with passion for fostering a positive living environment for residents. Requires effective communication and a basic understanding of legal compliance related to property management. Duties Manage day-to-day operations of the community, ensuring a high standard of living for all residents. Oversee maintenance and facilities management, maintain accurate records utilizing management systems. Coordinate with maintenance staff and contractors to ensure timely repairs and upkeep of facilities. Maintain compliance with local laws and regulations. Conduct regular inspections of the property to ensure safety, maintenance and cleanliness standards are met. Handle administrative tasks such as lease agreements, contracts, and legal documentation. Provide exceptional customer service through effective phone etiquette and resident interactions. Collaborate with staff to ensure smooth operations and address resident concerns promptly.
As Needed:
Attend monthly Board of Directors meetings, as well as Budget and Annual Meetings, of the assigned Association. Be available if and when an Association emergency arises (both during and after normal business hours and weekends) The manager will do administrative work in the office and will visit, inspect properties, post notices and discuss issues with the Board Must read and understand the association’s governing documents and rules and regulations. Perform other tasks as assigned by the Property manager. Requirements Active Community Association Manager License in the state of Florida. Effective phone etiquette and customer service skills to effectively communicate with residents and vendors. Experience in property management or a related field is preferred. Strong knowledge of facilities management principles and practices. Familiarity with legal aspects of property management, including contracts and compliance regulations. Excellent administrative skills with attention to detail. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with residents and staff. Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. A proactive approach to problem-solving and conflict resolution. Ability to build relationships with clients and business partners. High School Diploma or equivalent required. Must have reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license, and vehicle insurance. Proven track record of managing budgets, coordinating maintenance, and handling resident relations Strong organizational and time management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Proficient in property management software and Microsoft Office 365 Suite.
