The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a comprehensive understanding of property management, ensuring a positive living experience for all residents while maintaining the property’s standards. The role will transition into a full-time HOA community manager. Duties Manage day-to-day operations of the community, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. Serve as a point of contact for residents, addressing inquiries, concerns, and maintenance requests promptly. Maintain accurate records through data entry and management systems. Coordinate with maintenance staff to ensure timely repairs and upkeep of facilities. Develop and manage contracts with vendors for services related to property maintenance and improvement. Conduct regular inspections of the property to ensure safety and cleanliness standards are met. Requirements Knowledge of laws governing HOA property management practices. Strong phone etiquette and customer service skills to effectively communicate with residents and vendors. Proficient in data entry and administrative tasks.
