Job Description

Assistant Property Manager BIS Boca Raton, FL 33498 Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and organized Assistant Property Manager to join our team. In this role, you will support the Property Manager in overseeing the daily operations of our HOA Community. The ideal candidate will possess strong administrative skills, a keen understanding of HOA property management, and the ability to foster positive relationships Homeowners while ensuring our rules & regs are being followed. LCAM License required Tracking of Violations in a timely manner accordance to the law. Make frequent on-site inspections of the property. Periodically inspect the cleanliness and operating condition of grounds to determine that such are receiving adequate care and maintenance. Ensures that telephone, emails and messages are handled courteously, accurately and in a timely manner. At least 1-2 years’ experience in residential HOA management Preferred but not required. Ability to multitask multiple projects. Perform record keeping, filing, data entry, word processing, and general office support tasks. Ensure Owner/Resident information is updated in association databases. Knowledge and understanding of property management procedures, including legal requirements of Florida Statues. Responsible for assisting in the preparation of BOD meeting Packages Prepares any resident information packages that require Board approval, (i., e., Architectural Modification, Sale/Lease Applications). Oversee the operation of contractors performing work & report on all work performed to the Board. Performs such other duties as may be assigned by Management at its discretion from time to time. Proficient with MS Office Suite, Outlook, Mailchimp, Excel and Word. Experience Previous experience in HOA property management is preferred. Familiarity with legal administrative tasks and understanding of relevant HOA laws. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Knowledge of property maintenance procedures is advantageous.
