Responsibilities Understand and execute tasks in accordance with contract terms. Conduct regular property inspections and report any architectural and property violations to board members and supervisors via Smart Webs or similar software. Use Vendor Smart and Strong Room or similar software for board approved vendors and processing A/P Manage all Association correspondence efficiently. Attend and participate in Annual meetings. Review Work Orders and provide recommendations for addressing repetitive issues. Collaborate with Seacrest divisions to ensure consistent communication with Boards and Residents. Stay informed and proactive regarding State Statute requirements and changes. Qualifications Active CAM license. Professional appearance and friendly demeanor. Project management experience and multi-tasking skills. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Friendly and approachable disposition.
