HOA PROPERTY MANAGER BOCA DELRAY GOLF AND COUNTRY CLUB 5486 BOCA DELRAY BLVD DELRAY BEACH, FL 33484
The Boca Delray Association Board seeks a full-time licensed Property Manager with at least five years of Homeowners Association (720) management experience and knowledge of Condominium Association (718). BDR is a 55+ association with 437 units, consisting of Single-Family Homes, Townhomes, Villas and three separate Condo Association (2-story). The secured open-air community offers the following major amenities: Par 60 golf course, 2 swimming pools, 4 tennis courts, 2 pickleball courts and a bocce court. A newly renovated, large Clubhouse which can host major entertainment events for 150+ attendees and contains gym facilities with new equipment, library, and food service facilities. More than 25 community clubs are within BDR and groups offer diverse activities to our residents.
