The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of property management practices, and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service. This role requires effective communication and negotiation abilities, as well as familiarity with Fair Housing regulations and various housing programs such as LIHTC and Section 8. Responsibilities Manage all aspects of property operations, including leasing, maintenance, and tenant relations. Ensure compliance with Fair Housing regulations and other relevant laws. Negotiate lease agreements and renewals with prospective tenants. Maintain accurate records of property activities using OneSite or similar property management software. Provide exceptional customer service to tenants, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Conduct regular inspections of properties to ensure maintenance standards are met. Collaborate with maintenance staff to coordinate repairs and improvements. Prepare reports on property performance, occupancy rates, and tenant satisfaction. Assist in marketing efforts to attract new tenants and retain existing ones. Experience Proven experience in property management or a related field is required. Strong knowledge of LIHTC, Section 8 programs, and Fair Housing regulations is preferred. Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills are essential for effective communication with tenants and vendors.
